This Refund Policy establishes the terms under which Mind Heart Dilemma manages returns and refunds for our physical products and service bookings. For our resin designs, care kits, and motivational gifts, customers may request a refund within 14 days of receiving their item, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was delivered. Because many of our resin art pieces are handcrafted and unique, slight variations in appearance are a natural part of the artistic process and do not qualify as defects; however, if an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately at mindheartdilemma@gmail.com with photo documentation so we can arrange a replacement or a full refund.
Regarding our house and pet sitting services, we understand that plans can change, and we offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start date. Cancellations made after this window may be subject to a partial refund or a service credit at our discretion, as we reserve those dates specifically for your home and pets. Please note that custom-commissioned resin pieces and shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the error was made on our part. Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, and approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within a standard billing cycle.
